Seuls les passagers munis de billets de croisière sont autorisés à entrer par la Porte 2A du Terminal de Croisière.
Les hôtes individuels avec voitures privée doivent être déposés à la Biglietteria Marittima in Via Einaudi SNC, où ils pourront prendre la navette MSC pour rejoindre le Terminal de Croisière.
La navette MSC est un service gratuit qui fonctionne de 12h40 à 20h00 (dernier départ 19h40), de la Biglietteria Marittima au Terminal de Croisière avec un départ toutes les 20 minutes environ, dans les deux sens.
Les passagers débarquant pourront prendre la même navette pour rejoindre leur voiture/chauffeur à la Biglietteria Marittima.
Les hôtes individuels ayant réservé le service de Parking Valet MSC (fourni par Frittelli Marittime ) pourront atteindre la Porte 2A dans le port. Le personnel du parking récupérera la voiture sur le quai, stockera les clés en toute sécurité et transférera le véhicule dans une zone dédiée. Les voitures seront ensuite restituées sur le quai du Terminal de Croisière au moment du débarquement. Le tarif comprend une couverture d'assurance.
Si un passager souhaite réserver le parking sur place, il devra se rendre à la Biglietteria Marittima, in Via Einaudi snc, et contacter Box Frittelli (Box no.5 MINOAN LINES Grimaldi Lines).

La gare centrale d'Aucône est située à 15 minutes à pied du port. Vous pouvez également prendre le bus ou le taxi ( 2min de transport, en fonction du traffic) pour rejoindre le port.
Plusieurs trains déservent la station du port Ancona Marittima.

L'aéroport Raffaelo Sanzio (www.aeroportodiancona.net) est situé à environ 15 minutes du port. Il est desservi par des taxis et des bus.
Le bus vous conduira directement à la gare centrale d'Ancône.
