An MSC Excursion will take you to visit the Roman monument par excellence: the Colosseum, known throughout the world. The Roman amphitheatre, built between 72 and 80 BC, with an elliptical shape, was intended for various types of entertainment, with a well-defined program that ranged from fights between gladiators to those with animals. It could accommodate an estimated 50,000 to 75,000 spectators and the first series of games, organised under the emperor Titus, lasted about three months.
Imagine now that you are Anita Ekberg or Marcello Mastroianni, in Federico Fellini's film “La Dolce Vita”; close your eyes and as if by magic thanks to an MSC Excursion you will appear in front of the Trevi Fountain, a monument known to all for its majesty, built between 1732 and 1762 and leaning against the facade of Palazzo Poli. The representation of the sea, with, in the central niche, the sculpture of Ocean intent on taming the "agitated" and "calm" souls of two horses, and in the side niches the statues of Healthiness and Abundance, is a jubilation of Baroque and Moroccan elements.

Le parking du port de Civitavecchia est situé en face du Rome Cruise Terminal (RCT). Vous le trouverez sur votre droite en entrant dans l’enceinte portuaire, avant d’atteindre le terminal de croisière.
À l’approche du centre de Civitavecchia, suivez les panneaux indiquant « Centro » jusqu’à ce que vous voyiez les panneaux « Porto Imbarchi ». Suivez ensuite ces indications. Une fois entré dans le port par l’accès Varco Vespucci (le seul accès autorisé aux véhicules), continuez jusqu’au quai 25 en suivant la signalisation interne.

Depuis l’autoroute A12 Roma - Civitavecchia, prenez la sortie CIVITAVECCHIA NORD et suivez les panneaux indiquant « Parcheggio MSC ».
Depuis l’autoroute A1, prenez la sortie Orte, puis la SS675 et suivez les indications vers Civitavecchia.
Depuis l’autoroute E80, prenez la sortie CIVITAVECCHIA PORTO et suivez les panneaux indiquant « Parcheggio MSC ».
